AutoFair Pricing Transparency Promise

Pricing Transparency
Buying a vehicle should not come with surprises. We want you to know what you will pay before you ever set foot in our showroom.
As part of the AutoFair family of dealerships, we believe honest pricing is the start of a good relationship. That is why every vehicle on our website shows its sale price and our dealer fee right up front. No fine print. No hidden add-ons at the end.
The price is on display
Every vehicle on our website shows its sale price clearly. You don't have to call or fill out a form to find it.
Dealer fees are shown too
Our Administration Fee is listed with every vehicle. It is the same on every sale, so you can plan for it.
Questions are welcome
If something about a price is unclear, just ask. We will walk you through each line until it makes sense.
How Your Price Adds Up
Here is what goes into the total cost of a vehicle. The first two parts are on our website. The last part depends on you.
Why Government Fees Are Not Listed Online
Government fees include things like registration, title, sales tax and any other charge required by law. We don't set these fees. It goes to the state or local government.
These fees change based on where the vehicle will be registered. In some places, they can even be different from one zip code to the next. Because of that, we can't post one number that would be right for every buyer. Once we know where you live, we can give you the exact amount. We are happy to do that before you make any decision.
You May Qualify for a Lower Price
The sale price on our website is a price anyone can get. You don't need to meet any special rules to get it.
Many times, there are extra savings on top of that price. These can include manufacturer incentives, rebates, special financing or lease offers, and current promotions. Some are for specific groups of people, like military members, first responders, recent college graduates or current owners of the same brand. Others depend on things like how you pay for the vehicle or whether you have a trade-in.
Not everyone qualifies for these offers, so we don't include them in our online price. If we did, it could look like everyone gets a discount that only some people can actually use. That would be confusing, and it isn't fair to you. So we show the price that works for everyone. Then we work with you one on one to find any extra savings you qualify for.
Offers change often, sometimes weekly. Contact us before you buy, and we will check every current incentive and promotion that could lower your price.
What Is the Administration Fee?
The Administration Fee is the same for every vehicle we sell. It does not change based on the year, make, model or price of the vehicle. It is part of the total amount due, so keep it in mind as you compare your options.
Selling a vehicle takes a lot more work than handing over the keys. Every sale comes with paperwork, legal rules and records that must be handled the right way. The Administration Fee covers the cost of that work. These costs are separate from what we pay to get the vehicle and secure its title.
It also covers consumer data protection. When you apply for credit or a title, we collect private details about you. We are required to collect, send, store and later dispose of that information safely, following strict security rules. This is part of the Administration Fee. It is not a separate charge.
Before we can sell a single vehicle, our team has to be trained on many state and federal rules. Every sale needs the same services. Each one also has legal requirements and documents to back them up.
