Q: How long will the paperwork take?
A: The paperwork time can vary. One average there are over 25 forms necessary to complete the purchase of a vehicle. Much like buying a house, there are documents required for Federal, State, and local agencies. Please allow 30-45 minutes.
Q: But I'm paying cash, shouldn't that be quicker?
A: Not necessarily, there's no contract to sign, but there are still many other documents that require your signature.
Q: What about Plates?
A: If you're a NH resident you'll be given a 20-day NH temporary plate after you've finished with your paperwork. If you would like to transfer your current plates, please let the Finance Manager know so he can have the paperwork drawn up accordingly.
Q: What if I'm a
A: We'll have the RMV-1 form ready for you. We'll overnight the title or Certificate of Origin to you once everything is finalized.
Q: When will I get my payment book/statement in the mail?
A: This can vary bank by bank. On average it takes a month to get your payment book/statement. In most cases your first payment won't be due for 30 or 45 days. If you have any questions please ask your Finance Manager.

Q: When will I get my Service Rewards Book in the mail?

A: Once you register your new car, you can bring it in anytime to our service department between Monday through Friday or on Saturday. For added convenience, you can schedule service appointments online here, or you can call our Service Department at (603)-634-4700.
